How long does the LEADING PERFORMANCE ESSENTIALS PROGRAM go for?

How does the program work?
Each lesson is a video recording along with a download with key information as well as activities that you need to complete to get the most out of the program. It is designed for you to work at your own pace based on the sequence of activities in each of the lessons.
How do I complete my Leadership Assessment?
If you decide to purchase the Leadership Style Package - a great way to understand more about your style - you will receive a link via email within 2-business days of your joining the program to complete the Striving Styles Personality Assessment. You will receive your assessment results immediately, and a detailed digital (view only) Leadership Style report will be sent to you within 2 business days of your completion of the assessment.
